Event photography

Two hours fits a short program or the heart of a reception. Three hours covers arrivals, the event itself, and a little of what happens after. Five hours is for a longer gathering, the kind with a program and a dinner.
If the event will run past the block you reserve, each extra hour is $150. Agree those hours before the date so the schedule and the edit stay clear.
On location
Family portraits
Family sessions are made on location — a street, a park, a front porch — for households across Northern Virginia and the DC area. The length and the number of people change the fee, so those sittings are quoted one by one.

How a date is held
Booking
A non-refundable deposit reserves the date. Every booking is confirmed with a contract.
01
Non-refundable deposit
The deposit is what holds the date. It is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
02
A contract for every booking
Before the event, both sides sign a contract. It names the hours, the place, the edited set, and how the photographs may be used.
